FAQs

All vouchers can be used on any activity on the adventuro platform, so you don’t need to worry if you haven’t chosen exactly right.

We have thousands of activites, lessons, and trips to choose from. 

Vouchers are valid for a full 18 months from the day of purchase so there is plenty of time to book! 

The booking must be made and confirmed ahead of the expiry date but does not necessarily need to take place ahead of the expiry date. 

All vouchers can be used on any activity on the adventuro platform. 

You can suggest an activity to add to the voucher, e.g. if you know the recipient loves Kayaking, but they are then free to choose any activity. 

There will be a QR code on the voucher that automatically directs them to the activity page you suggest. 

To use the voucher you just need to entre the code in the ‘coupon code’ section of the booking form on the activity page.

As with any payment, if your activity is cancelled you will be due a refund. If you paid with a voucher the voucher will be topped up to its previous level. 

Of course, however, you need to purchase each one separately as once you pay we create the voucher for you each time.

Nope! You can use the voucher in parts. Any remaining balance will stay on the same code so can it be used across multiple bookings. 

All vouchers are non-refundable and non-extendable.

Only one vouchers can be used per booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

The availability of activities on adventuro cannot be guaranteed. The selection of activities is subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

  • You can cancel until 48 hours before your booking for a full refund.
  • If you cancel after that, you’ll pay 50% up to 24 hours beforehand and the full amount after 24 hours.
  • Where applicable, deposit payments are non-refundable.

Moderate

  • You can cancel until 5 days before your booking for a full refund.
  • If you cancel after that, you’ll pay 50% up to 48 hours beforehand and the full amount after 48 hours.
  • Where applicable, deposit payments are non-refundable.

Firm

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 14 days before their booking.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your booking, you’ll pay 50% of the cost.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the booking starts, you’ll pay the full amount.
  • Where applicable, deposit payments are non-refundable.

Strict

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before your booking.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before your booking, you’ll pay 50% of the cost.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the booking starts, you’ll pay the full amount.
  • You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of paying if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the booking starts.
  • Where applicable, deposit payments are non-refundable.
